The hitman, previously of struggling East Grinstead Town, has rejoined the coastal club and will be working with boss Darren Freeman to power the Rooks back up the table.
McCreadie, who has previously spent time at such clubs as Peacehaven, Hastings United and Horsham, will be keen to impress in his second stint at the club. The Scottish striker was originally on the books of Crawley Town, but injury blighted his opportunities at the club.
Freeman told lewesfc.com “Trevor’s come back a stone lighter than when he was with us last season”. The manager went on to say “A fit Trevor McCredie could be very good in this league. He wants to come back and make a name for himself at this club and we’re pleased to have him back”.
Lewes, who currently sit 18th in Ryman Div One South, will be keen for him to bang in the goals following relegation to the league at the end of last season.
